PMP8871: Voltage Isolation Issues +5V & +12V .

Hi Ti,

I am currently looking for some solutions for my design which required a +5V & +12V Isolated output connected to different ground with input of 5V. Base on the below reference design I would like to check:-

1)I'm preferring to use the same transformer for different voltages +5V & +12V and the output current is 1A for individually, can I do so? If yes, please help to advise the suitable standard transformer.

2)Can I use the same input at 5V to generate for both isolated output voltages?

3)Is it possible to eliminate the optocoupler portion in the reference design or to simplify it base on below reference schematic?
