TINA/Spice/LM2941QML: LM2941/LM2941QML/LM2941GW/883/LDO/Regulator/Spice/Pspice/Monte Carlo/Monte/Carlo/Monte-Carlo/Simulation

Part Number: LM2941QML
Other Parts Discussed in Thread: TINA-TI

Tool/software: TINA-TI or Spice Models

Hello. I'm using Ti's device to do Monte-Carlo Simulation in Pspice environment.

To do simulation, we have to know about device's tolerance which is related with Temperature, Ageing, Radiation(TID), Initial Tolerance and EMC&Electrical Signal.

For example, the information we want is like this.
Output Voltage Thermal Drift (conditions = -55℃ to  125℃) = 40 ppm/℃
Output Voltage Radiation Drift (From 0 Krad to 300 Krad, Mil Std 883E Method 1019.6) = 6 ppm/Krad.
we wish to get information that has ppm form.

The following device is what we use.
LM2941GW/883 (Regulator)

Best Regards...
