TINA/Spice/OPA820: SPICE and TINA-TIA Models have wrong input currents

Part Number: OPA820
Other Parts Discussed in Thread: TINA-TI,

Tool/software: TINA-TI or Spice Models

Hello there,

both the SPICE and the TINA-TI Models for the OPA820 have wrong input currents. Approx. 14uA flow into the inverting input, whereas only 7uA flow into the noninverting input. This leads to a way too high offset current, complicating DC simulations. I'd like to see these fixed so I can continue evaluating the OPA820 for my application.

Regards,

Lukas
