TINA/Spice/CSD86330Q3D: Significant GS Capacity deviation

Part Number: CSD86330Q3D
Other Parts Discussed in Thread: TINA-TI

Tool/software: TINA-TI or Spice Models

I'm evaluating a Buck NexFET™ Power Block and found by measurements that in the Model of the device the Gate Source Capacity of G2(BG) is more than double the Gate Source Capacity of G1(TG)

The Datasheet of the device is not confirming this!

Is there a Bug in the Model?
