Hi,

I want to modify TIDA-00982 (2S1P BMS ) for 6S 20Ah LIPO Battery pack. For that what are the Key component i need to modify in the circuit of TIDA-00982.

    The bq40z50 and bq4050 gas gauges cannot support 6s. You will need to change the gas gauge to the bq34z100 or bq34z110. The charger will work ok for a 6s application.

    You will need to review the data sheets of the devices to do your modifications.
