TINA/Spice/LMV652: Spice model doesn't behave as the datasheet for frequency response

The output for 2k and no load is buried in the lower power supply. I suspect the output is saturated for the 10ohm load.
That is why you aren't seeing realistic results for the open-loop gain.
There are three approaches you can take.
1. Insert a small voltage source in series with your signal source. Adjust this source's voltage by trial-and-error until you get about 0Vdc at the output pin, the run the AC response.
2. Create a test circuit with a closed-loop gain of about 10V/V and run an AC response. Using TINA's plot manager, you can create a function in the post-processor equivalent to Vout/(Vin+ - Vin-) where Vin+ and Vin- are the model's noninverting and inverting pins respectively.
3. Create a closed-loop amp that uses a large inductor (1G - 1T) as the feedback component. This allows the amp to bias itself, while supporting a gain equivalent to the open-loop gain at useful frequencies.
