Hi, I'm learning the input driver design and reference driver design of SAR ADC.

Can TINA-simulation reflect the actual situation? If yes, how much accuracy it can achieve?

Since I'd like to change the Amplifier/ Res/ Cap/ Ref to find out the influence to the performance, but it may not easy to do it in lab test, so I want to use TINA.

Could you please share the TSC file of ADS8881-EVM2? I didn't find it in the web.

TINA is a useful tool especially when simulating systems with TI products. These simulations consider typical specs on the devices' datasheets, settling times, and input characteristics to be as accurate as possible. The ADS8881 component can be found here: www.ti.com/.../toolssoftware

TSC files for EVMs are not available, but the EVM schematic can be recreated in TINA. For information on optimizing an ADC circuit and building a SAR ADC model in TINA, please refer to TI Precision Labs. Specifically, the video here to aid in RC component selection:
