  What GaN evaluation boards/power module  have feeadback option  ?

 

Is possible to control/adjust   frequencies  to  42.8 KHz, 21.4 KHz and 10.7 KHz  ?

 

pulse with 2.5%,5%, 10%  is possible    ? fall time     <=20nS?

    Hello Guiseppe,
    though the launchpad you will be able to adjust both the frequency and pulse width.

    Your minimum pulse is dictated by the resolution available at the different frequencies.

    You can refer to the guide for PWM for the TSM320F2806 (page 9):

    Regarding the slew rate, this cannot be externally adjusted as it is determined inside the LMG5200 module.
