TIDA-00626: Is there any testing procedure or method to test TIDA-00626 before supplying it 5V power supply

i have developed the reference design of TIDA-00626 and completed fabrication and mounting of components. I have to turn it on using +5V power supply. May i know that prior to supplying 5V power supply can we test the board for some shorting or for some errors. Please let me know the ame so that i can proceed with turning the board ON.
