I wonder if I could reduce the output capacitors without great consequences, to operate between 150 to 200W. Thanks

Reducing the output capacitors will increase the gain of the total open loop and will reduce the phase margin. Therefore after any output capacitor changes (capacitance and/or ESR) the loop must be measured and optimized with a frequency response analyzer (such as a venabel).
