The Webench Filter designer is not very flexible. Your component seed values are common to all stages. In some instances it can be necessary to change a component value to get other components in the stage to be obtainable. Example in one stage a cap value of 10nfd leads to another cap being 1.5 ufd and resistors that are rather hard to find.
I have also had trouble selecting a real op amp to use, every time I do the program fails.
TINA may allow you to do these kind of alterations and simulations, but it is nice to NOT have to change programs.
