Hello,

I'm doing a temperature simulation with the TPS3700 in LTspice (since I don't know how to do in TINA), and I'm seeing strange behaviour on INA/OUTA: results/output is always zero if temperature is below 25°C where INB/OUTB seems to be correct. Double checked my calculations that's not the issue.

I replaced TI part by LT part, and the it works so I assume there's something odd with the model. Maybe someone here can check this?

Hi Christoph,

Unfortunately, we are unable to support our models in LTSpice. I would recommend trying the model in PSpice or TINA-TI (free simulator form TI). Also, note that all our models are nominal models and model only room temperature behavior. This is also captured in the model header.

If the model only supports room temperature that's fine, but it should at least set the output correctly. OUTB seems ok, but OUTA is always low for T<25°C.

I used the unencrypted model from TI website (http://www.ti.com/lit/zip/sbvm552). I'll check if we still have a full PSpice license...
