PMP5863: PMP5863 output noise measurement.

I have a question about output noise measurement in this refrence design. I want to know how they are actually made, what equipments are used and what are some things to be careful about. I have similar application I am just looking for an advice.

The person who designed that is no longer available, so it is impossible to know exactly what he did. I was able to find some reference material for you:

The first article may be most useful. I know the author well.
