TINA/Spice/CD4020B: is it possible to use 4020 with crystal oscillator like 4060

Tool/software: TINA-TI or Spice Models

Hi there

i'm using orcad pspice ad for simulation. I meant to use cd4060 as a frequency divider but I don't have a pspice model in library. so can I use a 4020 instead? for example to reduce a 4096khz crystal to 1khz?
