I am researcher involved in a ESA project. I am writing to ask if it would be possible to provide us a transistor level model for hspice simulations of the  DS90LV031AQML-SP, DS90LV032AQML-SP, SN55LVDS31-SP  and SN55LVDS33-SP components. It can be encrypted, and only the LVDS ports are necessary,  both Tx and Rx.

    I will have to check on the DS90LV03x devices. However the SN55LVDS31, and 33 do not have spice models available. I have researched this in the past, and was unable to locate or get them generated. I will check on the DS90 devices and let you know.

    Felipe,
    I was able to confirm that we do not have spice models available for any of these devices.
    However, IBIS models exist for all of them. For the DS90 devices, they are located in the commercial product folders.
    For the SN55LVDSxx versions, they are in space (-SP) product folders.
