TINA/Spice/CD4093B: Classic 4093 Schmitt trigger "gated oscillator" trouble

Part Number: CD4093B
Other Parts Discussed in Thread: TINA-TI

Tool/software: TINA-TI or Spice Models

Hi,

a simplest oscillator with :

1 NAND trigger 4017( macro in TINA)

1 R (22K)

1C (100nF) gives to me stange results in transient mode when connect as a  clock of a 4017 (macro TINA) : the frequency, square signal coming from 4093 is not stable, changes occur without any reason all a long the curve given by the software.

I tried to use 2 others NAND between the RC trigger and the clock of 4017 without any result.

Vdd 5V, grounds, are correct, there is no warning.

Any body can explain to me where is my error ?

Best regards.

Martin, french guy, excuse me for my approximative english.
