TINA/Spice/VCA2615: TINA Noise analysis

I am looking to use VCA2615 in anew design, loaded the TI Tina reference design and works very well, my question is regarding Total Noise, this is a low noise part, when I run Noise Analysis I don't get what I expected,

The Analysis is from 10Hz to 500Khz, the total output noise at LNP is 3.39uV, but at VCA+LNA (VGA output) I am getting 259uV, Just try to understand if is a spice model bug or in reality I am getting this noise level which will make me not use this part.

Carlos,

I looked at the model and its noise simulation plot . The model is designed to have about 5.5n v/ZH^1/2 for VCA and 0.7n for LNA. Please keep in mind these are measured from 1M to 10MHz as are depicted in fig 24 and 25 of data sheet. For frequencies below knee the model will show a noise level that is much higher.
