TINA/Spice/TPS26600-02EVM: EMC Burst Surge Simulation with Tina (specially OVP)

Tool/software: TINA-TI or Spice Models

I whould design in the TPS26600 in an Aplication,

now the question is , where i could reduce the fast overvoltage spikes so the TPS26600 will not shut down too fast .

Is it better to use a capacitor  between the Pin OVP and RTN or between OVP and GND ?

how to simulate easy a surge and burst signals Generator  with Tina, is ehre any models allready available?
