Is it possible to obtain a 3D model of the chamber used with the piezo bender from PUI used in this reference design?

We do not have a 3D model of the chamber available. It appears as though PUI may have discontinued this particular chamber. From the schematic, the part number was AT-5205-TT-R. PUI does show an AT-5210-TT-R which appears to be similar. Please contact PUI directly, as they may be able to provide the information you are looking for or at least provide information on a suitable replacement.
