TIDA-01243: Power-up Question for the TIDA-01243 reference design

My customer has the following question regarding the TIDA-01243:

The Documentation says to use a dell adapter.

Page 27, section 4.4 of the users guide: TIDUC52.pdf

I need to know which adaptor. Also, not sure if I need the USB Type C enabler board to do what I need to do.

The DC jack supports 20V, 5A (100W) supply, so the standard Dell laptop adapter (19.2V, 60W) can be used to power the TIDA-01243. Which Type C enabler board are you referring to?

No idea what the Enabler Board is, but... : see page 27, section 4 of the TIDA-01243 Design Guide (tiduc52.pdf) for details.

That will be the TUSB1046 EVM: www.ti.com/.../sllu255.pdf. If you have some other Type-C source, then you do not have to use the TUSB1046 EVM.
