Can you tell me, please, why didn't you cover transmission lines in the TIDA-01021 (those, which are connected with LMX2594) with mask?

In TIDA-01021 board, LMX2594 output signals can go higher up to 15GHz and to improve the insertion loss & return loss at high frequencies, mask was removed on the high frequency traces from LMX2594.
One can have mask on these traces / transmission lines as recommended by the Fab vendor to minimize the insertion loss at operating frequencies.
