It shows which EVM can run the "Simple People Tracking" demo with ToF using the Processor Linux SDK. BeagleBone Black is supported. Section 1 from the provided link will provide more information on how to load the Processor Linux SDK binaries onto BBB.
Are you still having issues with flashing? In your other post, I saw that you were able to run the Arago distribution.
If you are still having issues, Section 1.1.5 says to remove or rename the MLO to prevent the Angstrom distribution from running. You do not need to replace it with another file. Once Angstrom is not running, it will be able to boot from the SD card that was created by the setup script.
