TIDA-01465: New manufactured board using TIDA 01465 gerber and BOM, but facing first time programming issue

Hi,

Using TIDA-01465 Gerber and BOM, we have manufactured few board. For the first time programming purpose we are connecting it to the sensing solution EVM GUI and proceeding as per instruction provided in user guide for firmware upgrade (section 2.9) . But we are unable to program the board. GUI is continuously displaying uploading in progress we have waited for 5min but no progress. 

GUI version: V1.9.2.

For first time programming purpose do we need some other tool?

Please let us know your suggestion.

    Thanks for your reply.

    We have used same gerber file provided by TI for TIDA-01465 for testing and evaluation purpose we have got few board develop from EMS vendor, the component assemble on board are as per TIDA-01465 BOM. Please find attached pics for our new board connection to GUI.

    Dear Mr Richard,

    Thank you very much for your help, Programming the board for first time we need MSP430 development tool, I am able to programed the  board using uniflash and Spy by wire protocol. After that the board firmware can be upgraded using Sensing solution GUI for TIDA01465.
