TINA/Spice/PMP5863: Simulation of PMP5863 with TPS54260 PSpice Model

Hello

I'm trying to simulate PMP5863 schematic of dual rail supply from this location . I'm using TPS54260 PSpice Transient Model (Rev. A). I can't get correct output for this power supply. Can I use this model in this schematic or maybe there is another problem because this schematic is not working correct?

Darko,

I do not currently support TPS54260 directly, but I will answer this as it is likely that the support person is on holiday break now. You cannot use TINA-TI to model that circuit. PMP5863 uses TPS54260 in an inverting buck boost topology. In that topology, the GND pin of the TPS54260 is connected to the negative voltage rail. In the TINA TI model, the GND pins are hard coded to GND. They cannot be tied to a negative voltage (or anything other than GND).
