Hi, 

I would like to add a battery charger backup component to the board. How should I go about doing that? Also are there any similar components to the NV6115 and NV6117 from Navitas Semiconductors?

    Hi Aquiel,

    NV6115 and NV6117 is GaN-FET device combined with driver.

    You can use Si-FET or other GaN-FET from other supplier you want to use. Also you should add the driver device.

    For the battery charger backup component, I am not familiar with your design, so I can provide my suggestion irresponsibly.
