Can you please provide the dimension of L1,L2,L3 Inductor because the manufacturer is not responding. so I am going for custom design. So can you please help me with details like:

Core name or dimensions:

conductor dia:

the number of turns:

L1 INDUCTOR, 790uH, 30A, 10%, TH
L2, L3 INDUCTOR, CHOKE, COMMON MODE, 2.5 mH, 30 A, TH

    I hope you are taking about
    L1 = FIXED IND 4.7UH 3.8A 27 MOHM SMD (Part number: VLC6045T-4R7M and Manufacturer: TDK Corporation)
    L2 = FIXED IND 10UH 1.3A 150 MOHM SMD (Part number: 744042100 and Manufacturer: Wurth)
    L3 = FIXED IND 1UH 3A 19 MOHM SMD (Part number: ELL-6RH1R0M and Manufacturer: Panasonic Electronic Components)

    If yes, followings are the dimensions:

    L1 = (6.00mm x 6.00mm x 4.50mm)
    L2 = (4.80mm x 4.80mm x 2.00mm)
    L3 = (6.40mm x 6.00mm x 2.80mm)

    Since the core name and conductor diameter are not mentioned in the inductor datasheets, it would be better to check those details with manufacturer only.
