TIDA-00443: Alternate part for the PFC mosfet

hi,

we are currently using the 900W pfc using the UCC28180 driver.

The mosfet used in this circuit (IPP60R190P6/ 600V,20.2A) is currently not available. can you suggest me a equivalent part for this mosfet which is compatible with the UCC28180 driver.

TK31N60 is good part to support 900W with UCC28180.

hi Yunsheng,

thanks for the suggestion.
since we already designed the pcb with the TO-220 package ,we cannot currently use the suggested part( TO-247). can you suggest an alternate part with the TO-220 package.
