TIDA-060001: Where is the firmware package for the C2000 for this reference design?

discuss using the C2000 for this design but I cannot find any firmware package for this. I can use the AFE reference design, but would have to write all of the baseband firmware -- doesn't this exist for availability per the testing results mentioned?
