Can I increase 3.3vdc to 12vdc output in this board?

Take a look at PMP20196 as a starting point. It is 9-150Vin and 5V/4A output. You can try to take the output up to 12V/2A max by reducing R13. The duty cycle will increase to the low 80% range, which is okay because the LM5022 can handle up to 90%. It would be best to lower the turns ratio to ~2.5:1 to fully optimize the design.
