TINA/Spice/LF356: use of LF356 in OrCAD capture simulation

Part Number: LF356
Other Parts Discussed in Thread: TINA-TI,

Tool/software: TINA-TI or Spice Models

Hi dears

I want to use LF356 in my simulation project with OrCAD capture software, so I downloaded the LF356 library from ti.com and produced its library as reveal that described in the below link:

electronics.stackexchange.com/.../how-to-import-pspice-model-into-orcad-capture

than I add LF356 library to my project. After this the component that I see was as the below picture:

as you see the component has 5 pins that named 1, 2, 99, 50, 28. if we assume that this 5 pins are the main pins of an op-amp (negative input, positive input, output, negative supply, positive supply) witch pin is correspond to component pins? in other word i dont know what is the action of component pins.

thanks for your attentions.
