PMP4435: PCB Dielectric Thickness

Dear Sir,

Could you please share the details of the dielectric thickness used between the 20 Layers PCB of PMP4435 reference design board and the copper weight (Oz.) used.

How much isolation is considered between primary and secondary in the reference board.

Attached is more information on the winding layers. Copper weight is 3oz on internal layers and 2oz on outer layers that gets plated up to ~3oz. The dielectric thickness is 3.937 mils of FR-4 (dielectric constant 4.8) between layers.Winding Layer.xlsx

Hi Ryan Manack,

FR4(core) dielctric thickness of 3.937 is fine but how much is the Prepreg thickness between Layers.

what is the overall PCB thickness for the PMP4435 reference design board.
