Hi,

Is anyone have simulated this gate driver with Power Mosfet on Pspice. As I want that file for reference to check the results. If anyone have done kindly provide.

Thanks for your interest in our devices, my name is Mamadou Diallo from the High Power drivers group.

UCC27201 has its unencrypted Pspice transient model available for everyone on www.ti.com/.../toolssoftware.

You may also check the CSD19535KTT product page for any availability and I will forward your inquiry to the reference design owner to check if they have any simulations files.

As Mamadou mentioned, the Pspice models are available for both the UCC27201 gate driver (see above) and the CSD19535KTT (see http://www.ti.com/product/CSD19535KTT/toolssoftware ).

During the design of this motor drive board, we tuned the circuit to the various motors with which we tested, rather than depending on simulations.
