I've got two questions regarding TIDA-00690

1- Can we buy it? If so, where.

2- Can it give 3V output power?

It is not possible to buy it.

Yes, both TPS62122 and TPS62125 can output 3V. You just need to change the values of the feedback divider network according to the devices datasheets.

Thanks for your response.

My issue is that I want to replace my PCB battery with a switch generator (AFIG-0010 from ZF electronics) + rectifier + super capacitor (for storage). My question is: how much power capacity and time can I get from a single switch pulsation? Could I get 550mAh peak ?

I have already answered in the other thread. You can harvest at least 0.16mJ over 15ms.
