PMP21458: Transformer specs

My customer wants to use PMP21458 and need different output (5V needed instead of 3.3V output). Could you please share transformer 750317658 (wurth) specification as turns ratio needs to be changed for same.

Also, would you be able to share calculation sheet for this transformer design ?
