Software installation problem

I am using the ADS8681EVM-PDK for which I have installed the software ADS8681 SAR EVM GUI and I'm getting the following error.

I apologized for late response. Can you please let me know if you are using WIN10 or other OS? Are you installing the latest ADS8681EVM GUI (Rev.B) from TI.com?
