TINA/Spice/DAC5662: DAC5662 need spice model

Part Number: DAC5662
Other Parts Discussed in Thread: TINA-TI, , OPA355, LMH6618, DAC8411

Tool/software: TINA-TI or Spice Models

Hi,

I would like to do the simulation for DAC5662AIPFB,LMH6618MKX/NOPB and OPA355NA/250 in TINA. Please provide the Spice models

Thanks,

srinivasrao.

  • Hi,

I see we don't have a spice model available for DAC5662 which can be simulated in TINA-TI. Sorry for the inconvenience caused.

Regarding LMH6618 & OPA355 you can get the spice models under "Design and Development" Tab of respective part number in ti.com.

(Example snap below) . You can download these and view/ simulate in TINA-TI.

All TI Spice Models can be found here | All WEBENCH supported devices can be found here

New to TINA-TI? Its a free spice simulator! Try out this short Video Training Series

  • H1534.zipHi,

Yes, I did not spice model for DAC. any match spice model is available, so that I can use.

But I want simulate the DAC to check the rise and fall time at Mosfet ( BSB013NE2LXI) load.

I have draw the circuit and try to simulate , but output is not coming as expected.

The DAC5662AIPFB is driving the FET gate voltage.

Please you look into my circuit is attached and let me know your comments.

    Thanks,

    Srinivasrao.

  • Hi,

Unfortunately I don't see a spice model available for similar 8bit DAC, majorly they are all IBIS models. I could find spice model for DAC8411, a 16bit DAC which can be checked in TINA-TI.

Regarding the circuit you have attached it will be helpful if you point out what is the issue or at what part of the circuit you are seeing a problem in your attached circuit.

Then we can look into it and get back to you with the probable reasons.
