This problem-'Operating point not found' appears when I do Noise Analysis and AC Analysis. The transient analysis is ok. The TSC file is in the attachment file, could u please provide your comment about this issue.

The convergence issue is being caused by the improper connection of U3B. This prevents an operating point from being found for the circuit, preventing an AC analysis from running. You can fix this by connecting U3B as a unity-gain buffer as shown:
this should allow the circuit to find an operating point.
