My customer also want to modify the design to 12Vout, and Iout=3A. Please suggest, thanks.

Hi Lynn,

The main changes would have to be to the transformer and output inductor.

You would also need to take care with the self driven sync rectifiers to clamp the gate voltage.

Please look at a design like PMP21103.
