My bowser did not update the remaining question. I was just looking for TSC file model for EFT, ESD and Surge generator but finally got one for surge generator. The simulation file is attached with TVS1400 device. Without inductor (100uh), TVS diode fails to protect the load. Kindly explain.Surge_Simulation.TSC

Hello,

I have never simulated EFT. However we have tested the device to the IEC61000-4-4 standard.
