Hi Team,
One of my customer built the hardware based on TIDA-00652 and in proto build and initial trial testing the hardware worked fine. Currently the same went for production and there were filed returns after few months catering to AC/DC Failure. On debugging, its been noticed that the current sense resistor R5, Voltage control feedback resistors R2, R6 getting blown on the failed hardware. In lab testing, the waveforms looks normal. Can you please help on what are the possible causes for these components getting damaged.
