TIDA-050023: Trouble finding transformer datasheet

Part Number: TIDA-050023

I am trying to find the datasheet for the Wurth Elektronik 750317065 transformer or a suitable replacement. The transformer is used for the TIDA-050023 POE reference design, but I do not see any transformer ratios or other useful information for finding a replacement.
