The automotive Power seat reference design (tidued3.pdf) is there any sample software available for this application as referenced in section  3.1.2 Software?

  • Michael,  per review of your request, I don't believe we have any sample software available for this design.   For confirmation on this point just to be sure, your inquiry has been forwarded to the design owner on our Automotive Systems team.     John is correct, there is not software code released for this design.  I used simple MSP430 code to test the design, monitoring the on-board pushbuttons and setting the corresponding general purpose outputs to drive the motors.

    Appreciate your prompt response and apologies for my delay in responding. 

    I will connect up the TIDA-020008E2 and the TIDA-01421E1 you guys have sent me to my MSP-EXP430FR6989 and try writing some test code. Then try driving a real spindle actuator.
