We can assume Iocp to be Iout with some margin over it. Assuming we have values of Rdson and Inductor ripple with us we can calculate value of Vtrip

from datasheet eqn no 7. With this calculated value of Vtrip and using eqn 6 of datasheet you can get the value of Rtrip. Please let me know if this help.

Do you have calculator tool to calculator Rtrip. (ex. excel ...)

I can't calculator correct Rtrip.

I have add load to test my design with electric load,then 4A OCP protect need use 13.8K  ohm of Rtrip.

The FET Rds(on) is 5.4 mohm on the low side.

if i want mach the Vtrip min. spec , What do I need to change higher Rds(on) of FET?

Excel calculator is not available for this device. But you are correct, you will have to select the Fet with higher Rdson to match Vtrip min and required Iocp value.

I calculator the Rds(on) need 9~10 mohm on the my design.

But the higher Rdson of FET is not popular.

The part (TPS53219A) design on small current will be many restrictions.

It is not suitable on small current.

I have two power (3.3V @4A 5V @6A ) on the same mother board.

Considering the problem of material preparation, the same part is selected for design.

   If you are specific about using a controller (external FET), we can definitely help with that. But I want to give you enough information so that you can make the right decision as it is typically very easy to design with module (integrated FET + integrated inductor) compared to converter (integrated FET) compared to a controller (external FET).
