TIDA-01503: Waveform, Maximum Voltage, Temperature

Part Number: TIDA-01503

As I experiment, I have a question.
When 400V DC is input to TIDA-01503, three outputs are available, 15V AUX, 5V iso and 15V iso.
We experimented to verify three outputs one by one.

1. This waveform is input when 400V is inputted without load to 15V AUX, 15V iso and 5V iso. (without FAN)

  *********  1CH (5V iso), 2CH (15V iso), 3CH (15V AUX) **********

2.  This is an instantaneous operating waveform before and after the constant voltage when a load of 0.5A is applied to the output 5V iso. (without FAN)

  *********  1CH (5V iso), 2CH (15V iso), 3CH (15V AUX) **********

The maximum voltage of 2CH and 3CH is about 20V in the measured value. In addition, when the diode heat was measured, the temperature of D6 was over 80 degrees and D9 was overheated to 150 degrees.
If you raise the load above 0.5A, you may not damage the diode.

I am asking you because the waveform, voltage value, and temperature are not normal.
