Hi,

I want to ask about TIDA-01573 evaluation board. If we want to wire bond a bare laser die onto the board, what's the dimension requirement? What's the pad size and spacing between the +/- pads? Thank you.

    Hi Jipeng,

    Thanks for reaching out on e2e. TIDA-01573 is the same as LMG1020 EVM. The altium design files as well as the users guide for this can be found in the link below. Also check out the TIDA-01573 design guide as well.

    The laser anode and cathode pads are large enough to accommodate any laser diode or your choice. The pad size is 116x58mil with 28mil spacing between the pads. Let me know if you have any other questions!
