Please use 20V power input. If you are using 20V power input, are you able to charge the phone?

For HDMI, does the issue happen across different HDMI cables or just one cable? Can you please try a shorter cable?

1. Yes, it's able to charge the phone if use 20v input from J31. but in our application only have 5v/1.5A source to supply the HDMI convertor and charging phone same time. So how to use J30 USB-C  input 5v as power   ?  

looks current EVM not function event i use PD charger input from J30, once I connect 5v into J30 first then EVM can not detect the phone plug in.   do i need reconfigure both PD controller (TPS6598X)? 

  What tools shall i use and any user guide. can i have stand firmware to download ?

2. for HDMI blinking issue not related to cable. intermittently connecting/ disconnecting....
