Are you building your own transformers or are you planning to order from the vendor?
I believe the Wurth transformer spec you attached goes with your other request, PMP10736. PMP4190 uses a GCi transformer, G084001LF. I can get the info on it for you.

As I stated in my other post, the actual number of turns is proprietary to the magnectics vendor. We can give you the ratio and the inductance, but not the actual number of turns.
