TIDA-00663: MOSFET to replace U10

Hi:

For the TIDA-00663, the U10 is Osram SPL LL90_3, which has the integrated drive stage. If I try to use the Osram SPL PL90_3, which has no integrated drive stage, which MOSFET should I choose to work with the laser diode in the circuit TIDA-00663? how about the CSD16404Q5A? Please help recommend one TI MOSFET.

Hi Zhang,

In the TIDA-00663 we are also showing the discrete solution using the SPL PL90_3. This is at pag 3 of the TIDA-00663 schematic: http://www.ti.com/lit/df/tidrpa0/tidrpa0.pdf?ts=1591082481004.

In this case we have selected the CSD15571Q2, but I think also the one you are proposing could do the job.
