WEBENCH® Tools/PMP4844: Transformer specification

Part Number: PMP4844

Tool/software: WEBENCH® Design Tools

I am referring to reference design PMP4844

Please share transformer details for manufacturing transformer. Transformer part no.mentioned in BOM is G095024LF, but this part no. datasheet do not mention Np, Ns & core size (part no.).

    Hi Sachin,

    Magnetics suppliers support IC companies by providing design services, engineering samples and custom magnetic components for us to develop our EVMs. In return, the IC companies promote the vendors by listing their products on our BOM. The vendors purposely do not include build instructions on their magnetics data sheets. They prefer to work directly with our customers to provide samples as needed. In would recommend you contact GCI directly for samples used in PMP4844.

    We contacted GCI but no response. Hence we thought of getting it done at our transformer vendor but then he need Np, Ns, Lp and core size..

    We thought that TI would have software to design transformer for fly-back converter, Since they have made many reference design and are chip manufacturer.

    we need only details to make transformer
