Could you share information on links about GaN based design files of PMP20873? I've found silicon based schematic in following links, but couldn't find GaN based schematic. Could you confirm that point?

    Hello Takeshi-san,

    as far as I remember the GaN devices at this design are attached by a small daughter board;
    you see these connections at schematics, see also pic below.
    I could not figure out schematics of these daughter card; unfortunately the responsible designer
    left TI, so hard to figure out more details on this.

    Sasaki san,

    As Bernd mentioned, PMP20873 is a GaN based totem-pole bridgeless PFC design with two GaN FETs (on LMG3410-HB-EVM daughter card) and two silicon FETs (on main PCB). The LMG3410-HB-EVM GaN daugher card is plugged in to main PCB through J200, J203, J204, and J205 as shown in page 2 of the schematic.
